Every wall naturally generates a potential difference with the ground, encouraging moisture to rise. The ATE MAX emits a very low-frequency electromagnetic field that reverses the polarity of water in the walls.

The water molecules reorient and flow back down toward the foundations, triggering a gradual and natural drying of materials, without damaging the building structure.

📊 Results and Effectiveness

When installed properly and following our recommendations, wall drying usually takes between 18 and 24 months, depending on the building layout.

🛠️ Installation Guidelines

• Mount at 30 cm to 1 m from the floor, on a damp load-bearing wall (never on plasterboard or wall lining)

• Keep at least 1.50 m away from any electronic device

• The ATE MAX must remain plugged in continuously (very low power consumption)

• Do not move the device once installed

💡 For Best Results:

1. Remove film-forming coatings:
   Remove any waterproof paint or coating about 10 cm above damaged areas so the wall can “breathe.”

2. Ensure proper ventilation:
   Install or check for natural/mechanical ventilation (doors undercut by 1.5–2 cm, air inlets on windows).

3. After drying:
   Brush off salts from the wall surface. Use lime-based render with anti-salt additive to prevent future dampness.

4. Install drainage if needed:
   If lateral water infiltration exists, drainage may be necessary to prevent hydrostatic pressure from bringing moisture back.

The ATE MAX system is designed to treat rising damp. It does not replace:

• Treatment for water infiltration through cracks or leaks

• Handling of mold or flood damage

These issues should be addressed separately for optimal results.
