Our electromagnetic polarity inverter STOP-ONE is the solution to moisture problems in your home. It helps dry out walls by lowering rising damp.

How does our electromagnetic polarity inverter IPE STOP-ONE work?

Our STOP-ONE electromagnetic polarity inverter emits an extremely low-frequency electromagnetic field that alters the orientation of water molecules. These molecules then fall by gravity into the foundations, carrying with them some of the salts responsible for efflorescence and moisture stains. Subsequently, the walls dry out through natural evaporation of moisture. It can be easily placed or attached in the damp area without any intervention on the masonry.

Our Recommendations:

INSTALLATION OF THE ELECTROMAGNETIC POLARITY REVERSER IPE STOP ONE:

The device must be installed at least 1.50m away from any electrical or electronic device.
Installation height: minimum 30cm up to 1m above ground level.
The device must be hung on the wall like a picture.
The device must not be moved.
The device should be placed directly on a load-bearing or partition wall (absolutely not on plasterboard).
Know the dimensions of the home (mainly the longest diagonal) to determine if the effectiveness diameter of a STOP ONE covers the entire building.

REMOVAL OF PLASTERS OR FILM-FORMING COATINGS

It is recommended to strip the bottom of the walls during the drying period to a height of about 10 cm above the degradation area so that the walls can breathe.

VENTILATION OF THE HOME

Good air circulation is necessary as drying partially occurs through evaporation. Therefore, it is essential to ventilate.
Install suitable ventilation in your home.
Ensure that doors and windows meet standards (doors should have a clearance of at least 1.5cm in dry rooms and 2cm in humid rooms).

RESTORATION OF PLASTER AND PAINTING

When the walls have dried, hygroscopic salts, which are moisture-attractive, have migrated to the surface, so brushing is essential to remove most of them. For optimal wall drying, the walls must be dry and healthy, and mineral salts should be prevented from rising in the plasters.
We recommend using lime-based plaster for the facade with an additive against hygroscopic salts.

INSTALLATION OF A DRAIN

It is recommended to install a drain in case of lateral infiltration. The purpose of drainage is to collect groundwater and divert it before it reaches the foundations.

Factors that influence the wall drying speed include their thickness, composition, coating, and adherence to our recommendations.
This type of process does not treat infiltration, flooding issues, or mold in your home; these must be handled separately.
