ATE LC30 Light Grey – Electromagnetic Anti‑Damp Device for Wall Drying
Electronic wall drying: a long‑lasting solution against rising damp
Wall moisture is frequently caused by rising damp, a natural physical process where water from the soil ascends through porous wall materials (brick, stone, etc.). This affects both older and newer homes, causing mold, aesthetic damage, heat loss, and discomfort.
The ATE LC30 is an electromagnetic polarity-inversion device, designed to sustainably dry damp walls without chemicals.
🔄 How ATE LC30 Works
Every wall naturally generates an electric potential difference with the ground, promoting capillary water rise. The ATE LC30 combats this by emitting low-frequency electromagnetic pulses that reverse the water polarity inside the wall.
Water molecules then reorient and descend by gravity toward the foundations, leading to progressive drying without damaging the structure.

ℹ️ Device Purpose
The ATE LC30 is intended to counter rising damp in walls by repelling moisture downwards, drying materials, and preserving the building’s structure and comfort.
Expected results appear within 18–24 months, subject to building layout and installation compliance.
🛠️ Installation Guidelines
-
Placement: 30 cm to 1 m above the floor on a damp load-bearing wall (never on plasterboard or cladding)
-
Minimum distance: 1.50 m from any electrical or electronic device
-
Mounting: like a picture—do not move after installation
-
Power: must remain plugged in at all times (very low consumption)
💡 Tips for Optimal Drying
-
Remove film-forming coatings 10–20 cm above the degraded zone to let walls breathe
-
Ensure good ventilation: VMC, window air vents, undercut doors (1.5 cm dry rooms, 2 cm in damp rooms)
-
After drying, brush off hygroscopic salts and replaster using lime render with anti-salt additive
-
Install a drainage system if there’s evidence of lateral hydrostatic infiltration
⚠️ Important Information
Results depend on wall thickness, material, coatings, and correct installation procedure. The ATE LC30 does not treat water infiltration, flooding, or active mold, which require dedicated solutions.

On 10/20/2024, I purchased an ATE LC30 on your website for €1699.
Convinced by the product, I am considering buying at least one more, or even more…
I am willing to buy from you at most at this price, and perhaps you could offer a special deal to a good customer who promotes your brand. In fact, 2 or 3 more ATE LC units could then be ordered…
Thank you in advance for your prompt response.
